Deromedis leads the national team, meeting on the glacier for the whole of next week. In the 2022/23 season, double Italian appointment with San Candido and Alleghe, opening in Les Deux Alpes at the beginning of November.

The Stelvio glacier is the venue chosen by the technical director Bartolomeo Pala, for the first seasonal meeting of the blue teams of the World Cup and European Cup as regards ski cross.
The nine athletes called up will be available to the technicians - as well as Pala himself - Siegmar Klotz, Dario Dellantonio and Alessandro Tonon, from Monday 30 May to Friday 3 June. The leader Simone Deromedis, Yanick Gunsch, Edoardo Zorzi, Dominik Zuech, Giacomo Dalmasso, Filippo Zamboni, Aiace Smaldore, Jannes Debertol and Jole Galli will participate in the first meeting towards the new season.
Meanwhile, the FIS has formalized the calendar of the 2022/23 CdM which provides for 22 overall races between the male and female sector. World Championships in Bakuriani on 24-25 February, with the start of the maximum circuit scheduled for 5 November in Les Deux Alpes, with France also hosting the second stage, usually seasonal opening, on 9-10 December in Val Thorens.
Then all the other classics, from Arosa to Montafon to San Candido, on 21-22 December on the toughest slope in the cup, the splendid “Baranci”. Italy will also have a second event, with the novelty of Alleghe included in the calendar for the end of the year, on 28 and 29 December. In the new year here, from mid-January, Reiteralm, Idre Fjaell, Megeve and a German location to be defined. Another break and grand finale between Veysonnaz (11-12 March) and the only race outside Europe, the final one in Craigleith, Canada, on the weekend of 18-19 March.
