The blue skicross also dreams with Jole Galli: 4th place in fairytale at Idre Fjaell, super Naeslund wins again

The Livigno one step away from the first podium in the World Cup, while Deromedis is 19th in the men's test dominated by Ryan Regez. On Sunday two races, then ... Olympics.

The blue skicross touches another podium, after the historic 3rd place of Simone Deromedis in Val Thorens, and this time it is the women's sector to confirm the great growth of the movement. In the last stage of the World Cup before the Olympics, on the Swedish snows of Idre Fjaell, it is a splendid Jole Galli who finishes in fourth position in the ninth race of the season, beaten only in the big final by Sandra Naeslund, absolute star (eighth victory, even clearer without the great rival Fanny Smith at the start, since the Swiss is injured) in front of compatriot Alexandra Edebo, already second time in qualifying yesterday, and the French Jade Grillet Aubert who kept the Livignasca off the podium, however at the best result of the career. Ryan Regez, already the best yesterday in qualifying, gave himself another success by burning the French Terence Tchiknavorian and the Austrian Adam Kappacher, while Simone Deromedis' race stopped in the round of 16, with the Trentino 19th and the other blues outside the points (Zuech 38th, Tomasoni 40th, Gunsch 42nd and Zorzi 43rd). It will be possible to seek redemption on Sunday in the second race, scheduled from 13.00.
