Klotz and his teammates engaged today and tomorrow in some tests in the South Tyrolean location.

Sporting director Cesare Pisoni has summoned five athletes from the World Cup teams and young ski crossers, for the meeting held in Merano on Monday 24 and Tuesday 25 August: they are Siegmar Klotz, Dominik Zuech, Pascal Rizzi, Simone Cavallar and Patrick Wolfsgruber, in the presence of the technician Dario Dellantonio and the athletic trainer Andrea Tuti. Justified absent Jamie Lee Castello, Simone Deromedis, Edoardo Zorzi, Yanick Gunsch, Federico Tomaselli, Filippo Zamboni, Giacomo Gueci and Lucrezia Fantelli. The first competitive engagement currently on the calendar is set in Val Thorens, France, with the classic opening of the World Cup set for the weekend of 5-6 December.
