First stage of the World Cup on the French snow: five Italian athletes are competing.

The skicross season also begins, with the first stage of the World Cup scheduled for the weekend in Val Thorens, in the French Alps. In reality, we are already starting today with the qualifications, to then continue on Friday 6 and Saturday 7 with the knockout competitions, both male and female. The blue sports director, Cesare Pisoni, has summoned five athletes: former alpine skier Siegmar Klotz leads, along with team-mates Andrea Tonon, Simone Deromedis, Edoardo Zorzi and Bryan Zooler.
