After 24 hours from the success achieved in the parallel slalom, Lucia Dalmasso gives an encore in the female parallel giant that concludes the two days of individual competitions of the Italian Snowboard Championships, held in Villnoss. The twenty-four-year-old of the Ski Team Fassa in the big final beat the Czech Zuzana Maderova in the big final, while the Venetian Giulia Gaspari (Sci Club Drusciè) preceded the South Tyrolean Jasmin Coratti (Fiamme Oro Moena) for the second and third place on the podium.
Coratti who consoles herself with the scudetto in the junior category, where she preceded Marlis Zimmerhofer (eighth in the order of arrival) and Elisa Fava (eleventh), while Zimmerhofer herself imposed herself among the aspirants in front of Sophie Rabanser (twelfth ) and Allyson Natalia Dono (nineteenth).
In the men's field, the Livigno Maurizio Bormolini (Army Sports Center) overtook the Trentino Mirko Felicetti (Circolo Canottieri Aniene) in the big final, with Roland Fischnaller (Sports Center) completing the podium in front of Edwin Coratti (Fiamme Oro Moena), winner yesterday in PSL. The junior title went to Fabian Lantschner (seventeenth) over Mike Santuari (nineteenth) and Elias Zimmerhofer, the aspiring one in Santuari in front of Zimmerhofer.
