The South Tyrolean snowboarder, interviewed by SportNews, spoke of the great goal for the 2020/21 season. Following the extraordinary example of "Captain Fisch".

There is a certainty that responds to the name of Edwin Coratti, in the blue squadron of alpine snowboarding who will still aim for the maximum in the next season.
The native of the Upper Venosta Valley told the microphones of "sportnews.bz", towards a year that follows two in which the 29 year old South Tyrolean has always collected a success in the World Cup, on both occasions in the giant Rogla's parallel (the last one, on January 18th). Eighth in the general classification, third best Italian, Coratti still says he is "highly motivated, with the desire to continue at least a few more years if there will be no injuries in the way. Not as long as Roland Fischnaller, from whom I continue to learn considering his enormous wealth of experience. His technique, however, is unreachable ".
On the podium twice last season, precisely with the victory over the Slovenian snow, the national standard bearer goes in search of "greater consistency in the next year, given that last year he often saw me out of the top ten. If I want a call for the world championships, it will be necessary to do better: yes, in China I would really like to go there to look for that medal at the world championship level that I still miss ”.
Edwin is followed in the stages closest to home by a wild fan club, but now there will be cheering for the Coratti family also on the occasion of the races of Jasmin, the sister of the blue champion who, at 18, has already conquered a world bronze at junior level. "She is a great talent, she still lacks experience and many hours of training, but she is ambitious and I think she can go far."
