Mountain Flavours
Among the typical products of our mountains, cheese & egrave; certainly one of the protagonists. A piece of good cheese mountain encloses s & eacute; the historical traditions of each valley, the 'pure air, the variety & agrave; of herbs and shrubs that cows graze in the summer. And on 'indeed cheese remains the protagonist, especially in Trentino, where from February 3 to March 19 will be held & agrave; The new edition of HappyCheese, a review of aperitifs and wine tastings to discover the dairy products of some of the valleys of Trentino.

HappyCheese has the right ingredients to please everyone: a magnificent natural setting as that of the snow-capped Dolomites; the typical cheese of Val di Fiemme, Val di Fassa and Primiero Valleys; numerous bottles of Trentodoc and other fine wines from Trentino; local craft beers and some other product typical mouth-watering.
What are the typical cheeses of Trentino? Puzzone Moena PDO, the Frames of Val di Fiemme, the Caprino of Cavalese Trentingrana ... & nbsp;
But there will be no & agrave; only cheese and wine, for the 'Edition 2016 & egrave; It organized a special event to celebrate the Carnival in San Martino di Castrozza, a week in Val di Fassa with Renato Bosco and gourmet pizzas, a great end to the tune of Dolomiti Ski Jazz.
The event & egrave; suitable for everyone, even those without & egrave; ski enthusiast and young children (HappyCheese for Kids & egrave; designed especially for them).
