Saturday 12 December the season of the Italian Biathlon Cup officially starts. However, the location where the first stage will be held changes, which will not be the "Biathlon Center" of Val Martello, but the "Carnia Arena Biathlon Center" of Forni Avoltri, in the province of Udine.
The main novelty of these Friulian races will be the new electronic shooting range, where the athletes will shoot, built in view of the EYOF 2023.
On Friday the athletes will already descend on the track of the "Carnia Arena", located precisely in the locality of Piani di Luzza, for the training sessions, on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th the sprint races will be staged, where all the male and female categories will compete. The organization of the stage was managed by the "ASD Monte Coglians" and by the "Sci Cai Trieste ASD".
