The opening of the second biathlon circuit in Germany sees the Friulian great 4th behind a trio of Norwegians, a race without errors even for the other Azzurri. Among women, Russian domination and Carrara finished 11th.

The IBU Cup for biathlon has finally started and Italy has been a good protagonist in the two Sprints of Arber.
