The French Ski Federation announced the composition of national biathlon teams for the 2017 - '18 season.

In the men's field, Team A is reduced from 6 to 5 units, confirming in full the athletes already present at this level with the exception of Fabien Claude, relegated to team B. This salt is instead from 5 to 6 elements, as in addition to "Degraded" finds room for all those who composed it in 2016-17. Mathieu Legrand also replaces Baptiste Jouty, albeit as aggregate.
Similar situation in the female sector. Team A dropped from 6 to 5 women, confirming whoever was already in the elite except Chloe Chevalier, slid into team B. This grows from 4 to 6 components, as the young Caroline Colombo (junior junior) is added.
At junior level he opted for a skimming, especially among the boys.
