The Italian biathlon also starts again in the new season, with the first meeting scheduled from Sunday 7th until Saturday 13th June in Val Martello for team A.
Technical director Fabrizio Curtaz has summoned ten athletes, from the winner of the last two World Cups (in addition to three individual world titles ...) Dorothea Wierer to Lisa Vittozzi, passing by the male sector leaders, Dominik Windisch and Lukas Hofer, and many young people who will already be able to confront the big names, namely Patrick Braunhofer, Daniele Cappellari, Didier Bionaz, Tommaso Giacomel, Michela Carrara and Irene Lardschneider.
The responsible coach Andreas Zingerle works with the boys, assisted by the highly confirmed Andrea Zattoni, Klaus Hoellrigl and Nicola Pozzi.
As for the junior / youth team directed by Mirco Romanin, I work in the same period instead planned in Anterselva; in the cradle of blue biathlon, Michele Molinari, David Zingerle, Iacopo Leonesio, Stefano Canavese, Elia Zeni, Marco Barale, Daniele Fauner and Nicolò Betemps will train together on Sunday, accompanied by technicians Fabio Cianciana, Edoardo Mezzaro and Pietro Dutto.
The women's group will instead count on Beatrice Trabucchi, Rebecca Passler, Linda Zingerle, Martina Trabucchi, Sara Scattolo, Hannah Auchentaller, Ilaria Scattolo and Gaia Brunetto, under the direction of coaches Daniele Piller Roner, Samantha Plafoni and Aline Noro.
