Everything is ready for the second seasonal appointment after the opening at the BlinkFestivalen with the blues of the biathlon already protagonists.

The town of Wiesbaden, not too far from Frankfurt, will host the second edition of a high-level City Biathlon both technically and for the sequel it has already been able to create among German fans (20 thousand spectators are expected).
On Sunday (1.15 pm qualifications, at 15.00 pm races) there will be 16 big names in the circuit to challenge each other in the small town of central-western Germany, with Dorothea Wierer, Lisa Vittozzi and Lukas Hofer who will represent the Italian movement at the top.
If for the South Tyrolean it is the beginning of this summer 2019 (in Norway Lukas has only trained with his mates), for the two stars of women's biathlon it will be a further test on the road towards the winter season, waiting for then return to competition on Friday 23 August, when in Livigno they will participate in the "Palio delle Contrade - 1K Shot", on the snowy ring set up in the center for a unique show during this period (registrations open for all until Sunday 18 August, ed ).
Speaking of Wiesbaden, Wierer and Vittozzi will still face Marte Olsbu Roeiseland, the Germans Franziska Hildebrand and Franziska Preuss, Ekaterina Yurlova-Percht (already seen at Blink), Monika Hojnisz and Anastasiya Kuzmina, still ... running.
Among men, Lukas Hofer forms an excellent startlist with Johannes Thingnes Boe and brother Tarjei, the hosts Benedikt Doll and Roman Rees, the Russian Evgeniy Garanichev, the Austrian Simon Eder and the French Quentin Fillon Maillet.
