The leaders of the movement (apart from Hofer) engaged at the end of the month in the world championship in Ruhpolding. Meanwhile, in Austria a new training block for the women's team "Milano Cortina 2026", to which Lisa Vittozzi herself will join.

Four members of the Italian national team will take part in the biahtlon summer world championships, scheduled in the German town of Ruhpolding from Thursday 25th to Sunday 28th August. The technical director Klaus Hoellrigl, as known, has summoned Dorothea Wierer, Lisa Vittozzi, Tommaso Giacomel and Didier Bionaz for the most anticipated races of the period that see the Azzurri return as protagonists in this type of review; the competition program will open on Thursday with the junior supersprints, followed on Friday by the senior supersprints, on Saturday it will be the turn of the senior and junior sprints, and on Sunday it will close with the junior pursuits and the gala mass start seniors. The girls of the “Milano Cortina 2026” women's team, under the supervision of the technical director Hoellrigl, are preparing to face the third block of work after the one carried out in Bessans, France, and at high altitude at Passo Lavazé. The blues will be involved in a series of training sessions aimed at getting ready for the competitive season, from Friday 19th to Saturday 27th August in Obertilliach. Eight athletes have been called up for the Austrian trip, to which Lisa Vittozzi herself is added: alongside Sappadina, the group composed of Hannah Auchentaller, Michela Carrara, Samuela Comola, Eleonora Fauner, Irene Lardschneider, Rebecca Passler, Beatrice Trabucchi and Linda Zinger them. The team will be led by a pool of federal technicians made up of Alexander Inderst, Jonne Kahkonen, Mirco Romanin, Fabio Battiston and Edoardo Mezzaro.
