Wonderful double Italian victory in the two slalom Children 1 (Under 14) played on the Ovovia dell''Abetone slope, on the first day of the international finals of "Pinocchio on the Ski".
The women's race was won by Anais Lustrissy, with a time of 1''40 "28 in front of the Slovenian Tija Radelj, 25 cents behind and the other blue Alessandra Di Sabatino, 1" 60 from the winner. The other two Italian representatives in the race also did well: Marta Giaretta finished in fourth place 4 ”21 late, while Giulia Alverà finished sixth, at 6” 79.
In the men's slalom there was only one Italian, but it was enough to get a very clear victory. David Castlunger, who is experiencing an amazing season, finished in first place by winning both heats, with a time of 1''37 ”17 and a good 3” 73 behind the second classified, the Slovenian Joza Smit. In third place was the Hungarian Milan Schneider, 4 ”19 behind.
