Austria again in Narvik: new Egg-Grill brace in super-g, for Giulia Albano some regrets ...

At the junior world championships in Norway, the eagles still make the difference as if going downhill. Valle d'Aosta best blue, seventh.

A second Austrian triumph after the downhill brace. The women's junior world championships reward Magdalena Egger and Lisa Grill again: class 2001 the first, class 2000 the second, the eagles repeat themselves in super-g on the snows of Narvik, in the same order of 24 hours before. Egger wins the gold with 28 cents of margin on his teammate, with the French Karen Smadja Clement third one hundredth from the silver, while Alice Robinson has to settle for fourth place, 4 tenths from the winner, after a very fast first part of the race. The same trend as Giulia Albano, sensational in the first 30 seconds of the race, to then commit a couple of decisive mistakes, with the 7th place at 77 cents from Egger which leaves some regrets. At home in Italy, Monica Zanoner is 11th (at 1 ”01), bronze yesterday downhill. At 13.00 appointment with the male super-g.
