The golden pair of women's skis in Italy rekindles the engines: starting with the weights, the preparation on the snow begins.

Sofia Goggia and Federica Brignone are ready to get back on skis, for a ten-day job that will be fundamental during the preparation of the two blue stars that form the "elite group" of the national team.
The appointment is set on the Les Deux Alpes glacier, which awaits the descent Olympic and the giant bronze medal at the PyeongChang Games from Thursday 25, for a session that will see Sofia and Faith as protagonists until August 3rd.
So far, athletic training has been ideal, with Goggia engaged as usual in weekly work in Verona, while Brignone continued to work at home, alternating the gym with the outputs in his mountains. After training in the French Alps, the most intense period will be represented by the South American trip, since from the end of August and for four weeks the Bergamo and the Aosta Valley will be on skis in Ushuaia.
GOGGIA IN SAN MARINO WITH RODA
On the evening of Wednesday 24, Sofia Goggia will be a guest, together with the president of the FISI, Flavio Roda, in that of San Marino for the reception by the Excellent Captains of the Republic of San Marino, on a historic day for one of the oldest republics in the world. Both will meet, starting at 7.00 pm, the Secretary of State for Sport, Marco Podeschi, and then move to Piazza della Libertà and from there to the Palazzo del Governo, where they will dine with the captains Nicola Selva and Michele Muratori, who will deliver them the honor of Knight granted by the Grand Mastership of the Equestrian Order of St. Agatha.
