The World Cup rankings after the triumphant Sankt Moritz super-g: a very interesting fight with "only" five races available, Brignone is 10 points behind the German.

One thing leaps to the eye, observing the rankings of the Women's World Cup after the triumphal blue super-g today of Sankt Moritz.
There are three blue in the top five places of the specialty ranking, after two races but with "only" five tests left available in a discipline like the super-g that is really very balanced: the red bib has remained at Viktoria Rebensburg, only tenth on the 'Engiadina, but Federica Brignone finds herself at 10 points from the German and can think of fighting all right also for this crystal ball, in addition to that of giant (where Shiffrin chases).
Sofia Goggia has jumped to 100 points, like Corinne Suter and already in full run while Nicol Delago is now fifth with 87 lengths, one more than the same Mikaela Shiffrin, obviously with ample opportunity still to defend the trophy won last year year.
Speaking always of super-g, fundamental for Goggia the ascent in WCSL: on the eve of Sankt Moritz just outside the 10 (fortunately, otherwise it would have started with the 'touched to Stuhec), now the Bergamo finds himself fifth, just behind by Federica Brignone.
The Valdostana, in turn, has settled in third place in the Cup overall, almost 300 points from Shiffrin, but only 20 lengths from Viktoria Rebensburg who could already attack tomorrow, in the first parallel slalom of the season.
