Italy and France for women's speed in training at Passo San Pellegrino

For the second year in a row in the San Pellegrino Ski Area, some of the brightest stars in alpine skiing will be back to training.

In particular, from 3 to 7 January the La VolatA track will in fact be the training venue for the women's blue and French cousins. At the end of each training day, around 10:30 am, the athletes will be available to fans of skiing for photos and autographs near the departure of the Col Margherita cable car. La VolatA track was built on the steepest slope of Col Margherita, with the aim of hosting international training sessions and competitions. In fact, in the first few months of 2019, this beautiful slope will be the scene of two major international events: from January 15th to the 18th for the second consecutive year there will be the Women Alberto Memorial Falling competitions valid for the European Cup. From 18 to 27 February, however, the strongest promises of men's and women's world skiing, 500 athletes between 16 and 20 years from about 50 nations, will compete in the descents, super-G and combined that will assign the World Championship titles junior of Val di Fassa 2019, a very important and highly anticipated event for all fans.
