This is the menu of the women's national team engaged in the Stelvio for the second period of work on the glacier: a week that started in ideal weather and snow conditions, with three days left at dawn to engage in some speed sessions, alternating with afternoon with the commitment on narrow skis.
Sofia Goggia herself explained the usefulness of this type of work: an hour to train also ... departures. "We do it with full knowledge - explained the Bergamo downhill racer via social media - We work on the departures, there are many details to take care of".
