The first of the two races in Paganella sees the Vicenza back on the podium, behind the Norwegian Monsen and the Austrian Moerzinger.

After the spectacular double signed by Sofia Goggia and Federica Brignone in the World Cup in Sankt Moritz, the show of the Italsci rosa continues on the Trentino snows of Andalo, which today hosted the first of the two giants (the third and fourth of the season) of the Women's European Cup. Asja Zenere, protagonist in Paganella instead of CdM's debut just to look for the permanent position towards the next season, is a splendid third at the end of a high level giant for the protagonists on the track; the 23-year-old from Vicenza was beaten only by the Norwegian Marte Monsen, already in the lead with almost half a second on the same Zenere in the middle of the race and winner with 50 cents of margin on the Austrian Elisa Moerzinger, in turn in front of the blue for one penny. For Asja, another podium after Kvitfjell's second place, and many points earned against the specialty leader, the Swedish Sara Rask who finished only 22nd. Suffice it to say, to confirm the level of today's test, that in the fourth place we find Maria Therese Tviberg, sixth in the first giant of the World Cup in Soelden ... Too bad for Valentina Cillara Rossi, derailed at the end of the 2nd heat on Olimpionica 2, when she was launched for a position near the podium, after the 6th time signed in the first. Many other blue points: Luisa Bertani and Vivien Insam have placed a great comeback to finish respectively in tenth and twelfth position, then we find Michela Azzola 18th, Carlotta Saracco 20th, Elena Sandulli 23rd, Jole Galli 27th, Karoline Pichler 28th and Sara Allemand 29th.
