Sofia Goggia and her land, a unique relationship that certainly has not changed with victories and fame, indeed.
More than 500 people were present in Lenna for "Sofia ... Oltre la Goggia", an evening dedicated to the Bergamo star and created to finance sports projects for the children of the municipality, bringing them closer to the world of snow with ski lessons.
"Of course, I like going to chic restaurants too, but I love these festivals because you find the true spirit of the people - Sofia confessed before going on stage and talking to the audience - I found that gentleman who at Piani di Bobbio, when last January I started skiing again and I didn't know when I'd come back, it gave me an incredible charge. Or a 95-year-old lady who came from Milan to meet me: these are the things that fill my heart â€.
The event was organized by the municipality of Lenna with a team of fire-fighting volunteers and Lenna & 20 (with the contribution of the 'Agriturismo Ferdy), in the industrial area of BBM.
