This is tibial periostitis, a reason that led Livio Magoni and the giant's team to stop training in Val Gardena, where Petra had worked in Sankt Moritz from Wednesday to last Saturday; on the Corviglia, in fact, Vlhova would have had to compete both in super-g (Saturday 14) and in parallel slalom, next Sunday.
He will play only the second race, and then project himself two days later towards the Courchevel giant; some doubts have been leaked about his presence both in Savoy and in the races of Val d''Isere (descent and combined on 21-22 December) and Lienz (giant and slalom on 28-29), but everything will depend on the answers of the physicist , especially after the parallel in the Engadine.
Certainly, a nice tile in the run-up to the podium in the general standings of the World Cup and to fight in optical crystal spheres of specialty.
