The Olympic downhill champion never stops: on Monday morning the first super-g session in La Thuile with the national teammates

We saw it last Saturday on cross-country skis, to have some fun before taking part in the "Red Bull downhill 2019", on Sunday in Cortina.
Sofia Goggia is a veritable tornado and hundreds of enthusiasts have been able to experience an entire morning of skiing at her side, during the event that her sponsor organized for the second consecutive year, after the enormous success. of 2018, in the weeks of the post Olympic triumph. The first stop was the previous weekend in Val d'Ultimo, right at the home of the other star of the Italian ski team supported by the Austrian giant, Dominik Paris.
In Cortina, the 26-year-old from Bergamo has literally accompanied so many young people and not only, in the crazy race that foresees for the participants a race with boots of 50 meters, before putting on the skis and starting a descent at full speed along the path set up , on which the same Goggia had carried out a sort of reconnaissance, before having fun filming the fans on the track, entertaining themselves with them on several occasions. The ski club Drusciè in Cortina was also present en masse, enthusiastic about being able to live such an experience.
A few hours later, the deputy world champion in charge of super-g moved to La Thuile to join her national teammates, so as to play together three days of speed training on the Valle d'Aosta track. The season is far from over and the material tests, taking advantage of the excellent conditions found in this period, will be fundamental to restart with great confidence towards the 2019/2020 World Cup.
