Direction Ushuaia, also come the slalomists: a quintet to precede the gigantists, Gross remains in Italy

After the group of fast specialties, the Italian national team flies to the full (or almost) towards Argentina.

Not even two days after the departure of the fellow downhill racers, even the slalomists of the new manager Jacques Theolier are ready to "embrace" the snow of Ushuaia, for a training camp in winter conditions that will last, as in the case of Paris and companions, until next September 16th. The French coach, assisted in the transfer by technicians Stefano Costazza and Luca Vuerich, will lead the work of Manfred Moelgg, Giuliano Razzoli, Riccardo Tonetti and Simon Maurberger, to which is added Luca De Aliprandini, who will anticipate by a few days the gigantic teammates, flying to Tierra del Fuego on Monday 26 August. As expected, Stefano Gross does not take part in the Argentine trip: the Fassa slalomist will complete the rehabilitation phase at home after the knee operation he underwent at the end of last season, putting his skis back on European glaciers. Will you make it for Levi? Likely, but the next few weeks will be decisive.
