Bad news arrives from Hans Vaccari, injured his right knee in the first heat of the slalom number 1 in Flachau, on the weekend that marked the return of the 24-year-old from Friuli to the World Cup, more than eleven months after his last race in the maximum circuit in Chamonix .
Vaccari had just returned from the best result in his career in the European Cup, with 6th place in the second slalom of Vaujany, a few days later the new opportunity in CdM and the mockery of that fork that cost a twist and damage to the knee right, as the FISI immediately communicated talking about distortion-blunt trauma to the joint. Now the social announcement by the slalom rider himself, who closes a year so prematurely that he could have given him important chances also in the next World Cup events, with the vanished dream of playing for a pass for the Cortina World Cup.
