In Styria we work for a double "night race" on 26-27 January: one would replace the Wengen slalom. The head of the organizing committee confirmed this to ORF.

Two night slaloms in Schladming within 24 hours.
It could become reality already in the next World Cup season, to be precise on Tuesday 26 and Wednesday 27 January 2021; the first date is the original one scheduled for the great classic on the "Planai" now in edition number 24, the second would be a Night Race bis.
The FIS has in fact requested from the Styrian locality the availability for another slalom, given that it would replace what Wengen would leave vacant (scheduled for January 17); in Switzerland they have partially resolved the dispute related to the economic situation of the organizing committee for the three Lauberhorn races, but there is no lack of problems and the International Federation has moved through the OESV. The words of Hans Grogl, head of the organizing committee of the Schladming Night Race, leave no room for many interpretations: “Through the Austrian federsci, the FIS has forwarded this request for Wengen replacements - he confirmed in the evening to ORF - Yes, it is likely two slaloms will be held at night in Schladming ".
Obviously, the enormous unknown linked to Coronavirus and therefore to a World Cup calendar hangs in the balance and can only be confirmed in the FIS autumn congress, the first days of October in Zurich; as for the last classic of January dedicated to slalom, the plans would be three. "The original one is obviously for competitions normally open to the public - said Grogl - but it is also possible to reduce it to 10-20 thousand spectators (usually, Schladming welcomes at least 50 thousand of them) or, in the worst case, without an audience".
Even more than for the other races of the white circus, it wouldn't really be the same Night Race.
