Recovery slalom of the Australian New Zealand Cup to close the third stage of the circuit.

After the giant of the previous day, the New Zealand snows of Cardrona hosted a second race with many protagonists of the maximum circuit on the track, in particular in the men's race.
The women's slalom has rewarded, as well as 24 hours before among the wide doors, the New Zealander Piera Hudson, literally without rivals on a day in which the second classified, the Canadian Forget, concluded to 2 "27 of posting, with the British Foster third over 4 seconds. Best result of this pre-season for Greta Lattuada, with the 2002 class from Trento excellent fifth, 5 "20 from Hudson, while Ottavia Barra Caracciolo left the scene during the second race.
In the men's race, the ex-aequo victory came for Sebastian Foss-Solevaag, the Norwegian expert at the first seasonal seal, and the very young Swiss Matthias Iten, born in 1999; in 3rd place another highly anticipated talent and already ahead even in a slalom of excellent level like that of Cardrona, or the 2000 Norwegian Lucas Braathen. The Azzurri also sail among the rapid gates around the top ten: the best this time was Alex Hofer, 9th at 1 "79, with Stefano Baruffaldi 11th at 1" 93 (among them, another emerging Norwegian like Timon Haugan) . Good performance by Roberto Nani, 14th at 2 "08, with Pietro Franceschetti 19th, Lorenzo Thomas Bini out in the 2nd and Daniele Sorio in the first.
On the weekend, between Saturday and Sunday, we return to the track at Coronet Peak.
