On the track, those who are not part of the federal cadres and must work on their own, confined to the Hotel Livrio for the entire Sunday and, perhaps, also in the next few days, all the athletes (with attached staff) belonging to the Italian national team.
It is a bit the paradox created at the Stelvio, after the positivity to a serological test of a member of the technical staff that caused the blocking of the training sessions, with the swabs carried out yesterday and again today by all those staying at the Livrio , and we are talking about almost 200 people considering that all the World Cup women's teams and the various groups of young people, including the European Cup, Junior and Observed, are engaged on the glacier.
Waiting for the test results, it is hoped to be able to return to the track tomorrow or Tuesday to conclude the meeting at least with a training day, but the discussion related to the prolonged quarantine is not to be excluded.
In the meantime, all those who do not stay at the Livrio are clearly free to ski, from tourists to those athletes who are not part of the national team; like Karoline Pichler, for example, who in the past few days has begun the preparation (on the weekend the South Tyrolean is not present at the Stelvio), or in the case of Roberta Midali who today has been able to work in an ideal setting at a weather level , although high temperatures don't help in these hours.
