Max Carca returns to the track: the Piedmontese technician at the helm of the young C team

The former blue dt, after a season at the helm of the Federal Technical School, takes over the Fisi project that expands with the Osservati group

Max Carca has been a highly respected technician in the world for years, so much so that after his experience in Canada, he had been chosen as technical director of the Azzurri approaching the great goal of the PyeongChang 2018 Olympics. That adventure went wrong, with no medals for the male sector, the Piedmontese coach had been hijacked to lead the STF last season, but the recall of the track and the possibility for Fisi to include it in a project linked to young people has made sure that the announcement, in the past few hours, of his new role as technical manager of the youth sector arrived. Carca will lead the men's C team, while Angelo Weiss will be at the helm of the women's team; the work has been "reinforced" with a new program that foresees two important blocks of preparation in the summer period, for a total of four weeks, to then carry out a period of three weeks on skis in late summer on the South American snows. The project also includes an increase in gatherings for the Observed groups, with a total of 35 days on the snow and seven days of athletic training, in close collaboration with the regional committees. Even former Italian Max Blardone, who has already started his coaching career and is a columnist for Raisport, will transfer his experience to the young people by collaborating with the federation. The supporter of youth activity will be Techdow Pharma Italy, the world's leading pharmaceutical company in the sector. Below is the list of the Blues entered in the men's C: Riccardo Allegrini, Matteo Bendotti, Matteo Canins, Filippo Dellavite, Giovanni Franzoni, Matteo Franzoso, Alessandro Pizio, Manuel Ploner. The blue of C: Sara Allemand, Veronika Calati, Giulia Di Francesco, Ilaria Ghisalberti, Celina Haller, Marika Mascherona, Giulia Paventa, Giulia Tintorri, Serena Viviani, Carlotta Nimue Welf.
