The FISI has launched an initiative this year that is involving, in the federal center of Lazio, as many as 35 talents of the future.

A Formia is in fact continuing the summer preparation of the large team of observers, that is athletes born between 2000 and 2002, with twenty-one girls and fourteen boys who are sweating in the gathering that is also the protagonists of the men's European Cup group .
In recent weeks, the young Italians had already worked on the Stelvio Pass glacier, only to find themselves in Formia in the presence of the federal president Flavio Roda, who visited the structure in which assessment tests on joint mobility and force are alternated , to other sessions dedicated to specific work concerning oxygen metabolism and work on joint abilities.
All in the context of the enhancement of the talents of alpine skiing, through an enlargement of the base, with the maximum opening towards new and subsequent entries. The project has the ambition to be applied to other federal disciplines, in light of the positive adhesion found in numerical terms. President Roda took the opportunity to thank the technicians present for the collaborative will and the synergies put in place towards the club and committee coaches, with the common goal of growing great talents, who could one day become champions.

In their company during the days of preparation the FISI staff composed of the athletic manager Roberto Manzoni, the coordinator Matteo Ponato, the athletic trainer of the C women's Andrea Gabella, Luca Rosi, Luca Scarian and some aggregated technicians including Walter Stacco, Diego Vinai and Paolo Borio.
