Skiroll: Italy ready to host the World Cup finals, here are the blues for Rieti / Amatrice

On the weekend of 9-11 September the last act of the season: Matteo Tanel and the Sprint world champion, Emanuele Becchis, lead a great national team.

The Italy of roller skis is back from the amazing results obtained in the World Cup stage in Madona. The last act of the maximum circuit, as if it were a sign of destiny, will be hosted by our country, from Friday 9 to Sunday 11 September with the finals in Rieti / Amatrice. Michel Rainer, technical director of the Italian national team, has decided to summon twenty-five athletes in view of the highly anticipated Lazio event; the racing program will start from Amatrice on Friday 9th, with the 5 km free technique contest, while on Saturday 10th at Terminillo it will be the turn of the 14 km classic mass start up hill technique. Grand finale on Sunday 11th from Rieti with the super sprint on the 200-meter course. The World Cup holder, Matteo Tanel, will be present, together with the Sprint champion, Emanuele Becchis, who focuses strongly on the final race, but the men's team will also be able to count on Michael Galassi, Riccardo Lorenzo Masiero, Alberto Dalla Via, Gianmarco Gatti, Michele Valerio, Luca Curti, Alessio Berlanda, Gabriele Rigaudo, Marco Gaudenzio, Riccardo Munari, Giovanni Lorenzetti, Giacomo Schivo, Antonio Tazzioli and Tommaso Dellagiacoma. Women will be on the track Elisa Sordello, Elisa Rossato, Lisa Bolzan, Anna Bolzan, Sabrina Borettaz, Laura Mortagna, Maria Gismondi, Anna Maria Ghiddi and Camilla Crippa.
