Important changes compared to the draft published in April. So much for starting the inaugural stage of Lillehammer there are 3 races. The first two on Normal Hill, the latter on Large Hill and reserved only to the top 30 of the general rankings after the Friday and Saturday races.
Confirmed the birth of female event teams, with the inaugural show going to Hinterzarten in mid-December. One has also been added to Zao.
In addition, compared to the April draft, it was decided to extend the season for a couple of weeks as the World Cup finals will be held at the end of March in Oberstdorf. Never the female agonistic vintage ended so late.
Altogether there are 17 individual races, three more than the April draft. In 2016-'17 the World Cup was worth 19, but the two lessons are compensated by team trials.
