Women's jumping: the second Austrian race still rewards the veteran from Vorarlberg, who beats Althaus and Kriznar (with Germany at the foot of the podium as well with Freitag and Rupprecht). The Val Gardena did well, with her sister Jessica 25th and again in the points. Now we go to Ljubno for the grand finale.

Eva Pinkelnig has no rivals on the trampoline in Villach, where she dominates all the competition series and scores an encore 24 hours after race-1 of the Silvester Tournament. Second consecutive success (also at CdM level, of course) for the Austrian veteran, again with an important margin on the first of her pursuers, a Katharina Althaus capable of redeeming yesterday's disappointing test, but still 5.8 points away after a first jump already dominant by Pinkelnig, who also takes home the best score in the second series.
Podium bis as well for Nika Kriznar, who in fact is now second in the general classification of the Christmas event of women's jumping, with over 23 points behind Pinkelnig.
The Slovenian was placed behind Selina Freitag, fourth and with the best placement of her career, and the third German in the standings, Anna Rupprecht who finished fifth.
Good performance by the two top Italians, the Malsiner sisters (with Martina Ambrosi who did better than in race-1, but remained out of the points): Lara is 13th with a second leap in quality, Jessica 25th.
The Silvester Tournament doesn't stop, given that Friday will already be qualifying time in Ljubno, before the two races that will decide everything, Saturday 31 December and Sunday 1 January. Today from 16.30, instead, appointment in Oberstdorf for the first major challenge of the Tournée of the four hills for the men's sector, after yesterday's qualification won by Halvor Egner Granerud (with Bresadola 20th best blue).
