This afternoon went to the scene of the epilogue Raw Air, with an individual competition on Vikersundbakken. Surely the wind has not helped him, as it did not find pressure under the skis, but this day has also been shown to suffer the psychological pressure, losing the compass when it counted most.
With these twists the Raw Air classification was finally won by Kraft, while in second place trailing by 25.5 points stood Stoch, Wellinger going to overcome the very last series of 14 played.
Place of honor in today's competition for the eternal Noriaki Kasai, who will turn 45 years 3 months. The Japanese made two spectacular jumps of 239.5m and 241.5m, the latter his new personal best. Thus came the first podium of the season for Japan, up to a few weeks after a very difficult start to the season.
Third step of the podium for Michael Hayböck, which has fielded a lot of quality, showing fly especially in the first part of the race, where he equaled his workers 241.5m. In the second race he had some movement too in the first phase of flight, losing speed and landing at 222m. It remains for him a very positive performance, with which collects the 20th career podium in the maximum circuit.
Johann Andre Forfang finished 4th, less than two points the athlete dell'Oberösterreich. Norway has made two crazy jumps about 240m and brought their own personal best to 245.5m. It followed a trio of Slovenians, really on the piece when it comes to flight competitions. Peter Prevc was 6th, always going beyond the 230m, and preceded Jurij Tepes 7th, author of a great second jump of 242m. Eighth Domen Prevc, able to improve each jump its staff, finally bringing it to 243.5.
The top 10 was finally closed by the Norwegians Andreas Stjernen and Robert Johansson. With this result the first has lost the chance to fight for the podium of the Raw Air, from which yesterday was just 3 tenths. Karl Geiger has outdone himself, showing a crazy improvement from the aerodynamic point of view than in the past. The Teutonic first landed at 227m, then has even gone further, reaching 239m.
During the day today have fallen three national and two continental records. Daiki Ito (12th) led the Asian one, and therefore also the Japanese, to 243m. Kevin Bickner improved North American and US, clocking 244.5m, but the day of glory was marred by the fall in the second set. The twenty year old has violently hit the shoulder, then being transported by toboggan. For he arrived, however, the best result of his career with a 15th place finish.
Insam Alex snatched the Italian record to Andrea Morassi, leading him to 217.5m. For the first time qualified for the second round and finished 25th, picking up the first points of his career. So good result for the Italian team, which this season has placed as many as 3 athletes (Colloredo, Bresadola and Insam) among the top 30, that did not happen vintage 2010/2011.
It has also touched upon the Swiss record, as Simon Ammann reached 239.5m, however, going to touch the ground with your hands during landing.
Surprisingly, they were excluded from the second round Daniel Andre Tande (32 °) and Markus Eisenbichler (38 °). The first has completely lost the technical stability, resulting once again too abrupt, while the second has laundry completely fill-in times.

In the overall standings the Austrian Kraft (1465) remains yellow bib, but Stoch (1434) is in contact. Third position for almost ice Tande (1181), as it has good margin of Wellinger (1001) with two rounds remaining.
The season will end next weekend at Letalnica bratov Gorišek Planica, where on Thursday he will play the qualifying on Friday, the first individual competition, team event on Saturday, and finally Sunday final.
