The blues (super winners) of luge do not stop: to prepare Sigulda we work in Igls

Training on December 28-29 on the Austrian gut: all the big names of Zoeggeler's national team will be there, in view of the first World Cup match of 2023 in Latvia.

The Italy of luge on artificial track started the 2022/23 year in an amazing way, with Dominik Fischnaller leading the general classification of CdM after the double win in Park City as well as, in the historic first season of the women's doubles, Andrea Voetter and Marion Oberhofer are celebrating with two successes and five podiums in as many races. The technical director of the national team, Armin Zoeggeler, certainly does not want to stop here and there is already preparation for the next round of the World Cup, scheduled for 6 to 8 January in Sigulda (which will then host a weekend bis, the next one, also valid for the European championships to replace Lillehammer). All called up for two days of work on the gut in Igls, Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 December: on the track, followed by the other federal technicians Kurt Brugger, Oswald Haselrieder and Walter Plaikner, there will be Dominik Fischnaller, Simon Kainzwaldner, Ivan Nagler, Leon Felderer, Emanuel Rieder, Ludwig Rieder, Lukas Gufler, Fabian Malleier, Patrick Rastner, Nina Zoeggeler, Marion Oberhofer, Sandra Robatscher, Verena Hofer and Andrea Voetter.
