Ski Cross World Cup: the two days on the fantastic Baranci track ended, with the Swede still beating Fanny Smith while the Frenchman signed the masterpiece on Regez. The blue tip out in the semifinals, while the race of Fantelli and Galli in the women's race was interrupted in the quarter-finals.

Another dream day in San Candido, for the spectacle of the second consecutive race of a CdM of skicross which closed its 2021 on a thrilling “Baranci”.
The sixth round of the maximum circuit saw the triumph, for her fifth gem in this first part of the season (22nd in her career), an unstoppable Sandra Naeslund: the Swede simply had an edge over and the poker in San Candido was clear, with Fanny Smith forced to another second place, preceding in turn the Canadians Thompson (the only one besides Naeslund to win this season) and Schmidt. At home in Italy, Jole Galli and Lucrezia Fantelli stopped in the first round of the quarters, at the end respectively ninth and thirteenth, with the livignasca (yesterday great 7 ^) knocked out in a very hard battery against Smith and Thompson.
In the final of the men's race there was instead the surprise, with Bastien Midol who mocked Ryan Regez, winner of race-1 and launched towards the encore, jumping him to the third last corner to relegate the Swiss trio to second, third and fourth position, as we then find Tobias Baur on the podium (his first in CdM) and Romain Detraz at his feet.
If Dominik Zuech came out again in the round of 16, Simone Deromedis has improved significantly compared to yesterday (28th), arriving in eighth position after being eliminated in the semifinals, with a contact at the start which was a fatal result.
