IBU Cup opened with Molinari-Passler and the quartet formed by Bionaz, Giacomel, Comola and Trabucchi on the podium.

An ideal start for the long stage of IBU Junior Cup scheduled on the snows of Val Martello.
The youngsters of blue biathlon are the protagonists of a double podium on the first day of competitions, dedicated entirely to the relay races before the sprints on Friday (in the meantime, Obertilliach has received a good 8th place for Thierry Chenal in the IBU Cup individual won by Semenov).
The morning single mixed saw Michele Molinari and Rebecca Passler take second place, beaten only by Hartweg-Meier's Switzerland for 3 "7, after a trial without penalty rounds and with nine refills, served to precede Germany, third with Hollandt-Kastl.
Very good also the result of the azzurrini in the 4x7.5: Didier Bionaz, Tommaso Giacomel, Samuela Comola and Beatrice Trabucchi brought home another place of honor (with 7 refills and no penalty rounds), behind France winner and ahead of Germany itself.
