Canada has chosen two men and two tonne for the stages of Östersund and Hochfilzen Annecy-Le Grand Bornand. The rest of the athletes will be selected based on the results of the tests Ibu Cup Idre (November 23 to 24).

The biathletes and biathletes already certain to compete in the maximum circuit in November-December are as follows:

Canada has 3 bibs in the men's and 4 women's field, so the quota for the World Cup will be completed on November 25 after the races in Ibu Cup Idre for which the following athletes have been summoned
MEN IBU CUP: BEDARD Marc André (1986), MacX DAVIES (1992), GOW Christian (1993), GOW Scott (1993), GREEN Brendan (1986), Nathan SMITH (1985)
IBU CUP WOMEN: Megan Heinicke (1988), Megan Imrie (1986), Julja RANSOM (1993), Audrey Vaillancourt (1991)
It is not excluded that the cadet squad for the circuit, especially in women, can be implemented after some internal tests provided in Canmore on 14 and 15 November.
