Bozi Dar's 40-year-old has unveiled the backdrop of what happened three years ago during a farewell dinner party to which many big Czech sportsmen were invited, as explained by the Isport portal.
"In February 2014, I decided to close with cross-country skiing and to go to the biathlon. We were still in Sochi, I asked the head coach of the biathlon team, Ondej Rybar, to come to my room. Shout out of happiness.
We agreed on a date to do some secret training. I remember my first polygon. I tried to shoot and nothing happened. It was a shock. One shot I think I was wrong with it. I trained for two hours and liked me a lot, but I had the impression of continuing to try to do something without success.
At some moments I found myself shooting alongside Gabriela Koukalova and Michael Krcmar. I did not explain how they could hit the targets. So I knew what to do, and I preferred to stay in the bottom. "
The choice was as good as the good Bauer in the bottom still had something to say. About a year later, in fact, he got the silver in the 50 km of Falun World Cup. While the Czech Republic of the biathlon took great pleasure even without him.
