It could only be Forni Avoltri to host the collegiate opening of the works for the blue biathletes of the future, which will be held in the Lausanne Youth Winter Olympic Games, scheduled from 9 to 22 January 2020, the highlight of the next year .
Today was the only day of rest before the conclusion, with the boys (to whom was added Luca Del Fabbro, world junior champion of cross-country skiing) who got a nice 4-hour walk up to Monte Lastroni (in the picture, here is the group on the top).
Marco Barale, Nicolò Betemps, Mattia Piller Hoffer, Daniel Oberegger, Fabio Piller Cottrer, Eva Brunner, Benedetta Favilla, Alessia Martini, Sara Scattolo and Martina Trabucchi will be involved in a total of six days of preparation in the heart of Carnia: alongside the coach head of the national team, Mirco Romanin, technicians Fabio Cianciana, Edoardo Mezzaro, Daniele Piller Roner and committee coaches Enrico Tach (Friuli) and Rachele Fanesi (Piedmont).
"A positive meeting from every point of view for both groups - Romanin himself explains - It is motivating for the boys to have suffered a comparison between them, now we will continue with different programs, to then find ourselves again between autumn and winter season. With the juniors we will go to Bessans (in the French Alps) from 19 to 27 August, then to Val Martello the week after the Italian championships, while the Under 18 group will anticipate the arrival at the Italian championship, training on the spot already in the four days previous. At the beginning of October all together in Anterselva, then we will start to get serious ... ".
