Biography: Pietro Vitalini, born on June 29, 1967 in Bormio, was one of Italy’s greatest downhillers of the 1990s. A core member of the Italian Speed Team, he earned multiple top-five World Cup results and raced at the 1994 Lillehammer Olympics. After retiring he became a coach and equipment consultant.
