The 24-year-old Austrian of Styria is satisfied with how he is recovering from the serious injury to the right knee he suffered while training at SuperG at Saalbach-Hinterglemm last January.
The first long bike rides did not create any problems for Conny who has to go back to skiing in August. And on snow the Wunderteam descent will come back with his new materials, since he has decided to leave Völkl, with whom he has skied for almost a decade and with which he won a race and won nine more podiums in the World Cup.
Conny has thanked and praised his former brand, we will see if the big step he has decided just coinciding with the Olympic season and returning from his first serious injury will bear fruit.
