It was the authentic revelation of the men's slalom in the 2018/19 season, taking the first podiums and the first victories in the World Cup, a good 3 between the magic week of Wengen and Kitzbuehel, in addition to the final Soldeu race.
Clement Noel stands as a second major rival to Marcel Hirscher's rapid gates, as well as a Henrik Kristoffersen who, also due to the explosion of the 22-year-old Vosges native, but now stationed in Albertville, was a bit 'in shadow in his favorite specialty, failing to win any race in the last vintage.
Intercepted by colleagues from Ski Chrono, Noel explained how he is already training a lot on his bike on the climbs around Albertville, while he will join for the physical work together with his team mates, on the occasion of the first training camp with the national team that will start the next 9 June.
"It's always fun to be able to train at home, especially if the weather stays good and you can do profitable work," explained the transalpine, who will be present at Quinto di Treviso on Sunday 19, as we wrote a few days ago for the final prize-giving of the Autodrive Ski Cup.
Furthermore, Noel returned to the classroom to conduct a course related to marketing techniques, carried out at the University of Annecy.
