Ramon Zenhaeusern, became the best Swiss slalom player after getting the silver at the PyeongChang Games (with gold in the team event where he dragged his teammates) and having confirmed himself in the last World Cup vintage with his first victory in the specialty in Kranjska Gora, he became engaged to the beacher Tanja Huberli.
The giant of Burchen has followed the new partner for all the final stages of the world championship just ended in Hamburg where Huberli, together with Betschart, obtained the best result in the history of women's beach volleyball for Switzerland, losing only the final for the bronze and thus closing in 4th place.
"Yes, we are a couple", confirmed the good Ramon to the "Blick", before suffering with Tanja's parents for the final stages with the medals up for grabs. Once the World Cup was concluded, she confessed that "we would like to keep private life for ourselves, leaving the sport on top."
Certainly, it is a love born at high altitude for Switzerland.
