Not even three months after the Cortina crash (with an operation that took place on March 24th), the 34-year-old from Gais goes on smoothly in the recovery phase, as he confessed through the FISI communication office.
"I'm happy with how things are going - says" Inner "- The knee reacts well to treatment, I am in a phase in which I can do more or less everything. The goal is to return to the end of August or the beginning of September, in these days I finished the first rehabilitation block and I will stay in Milan a few days, then I will do a second work block in Germany. I spent a promising spring, I was relaxed with my head, I trained a lot because I am sick of sports and my rehabilitation did not weigh at all, every day from 9 am until 6 pm, with a break of a couple of hours at lunch.
I am aware that even from a technical point of view my skis are up-to-date, thanks to the tests carried out by my skiman Ales Kalamar, who was also on the track in the last few days. When I'm ready to ski, so will my skis ... ".
