The injury may not be so serious, but the next few days will be decisive. Certainly the Marebbano will be out for the slalom on Sunday in Adelboden.

An injury that could be less serious than what was feared at first, even if the FISI medical commission still took time to evaluate the situation in detail and consequently the recovery times.
Manfred Moelgg, who injured his right knee today in the second heat of the giant Adelboden, suffered a spraining trauma to the joint; the diagnosis was therefore confirmed in the evening at the hospital in Bern and it is clear that the 37-year-old marebbano will be out of the games for the Sunday slalom on Chuenisbargli, a real shame if we think about the continuity found in the discipline in this first part of the season.
The main concern, however, concerns the future and therefore the next classics of the calendar, given that Wengen, Kitzbuehel and Schladming are practically already on the horizon in the following two weeks and now Manni will have to do everything to try to be there.
