The races of the first day of the 41st Giovanissimi Grand Prix were held in Roccaraso, a national trophy organized by the Italian Ski Masters Association, reserved for the Baby 2 (class 2008) Cuccioli 2 (class 2006).

The female Baby 2, disputed like all the other races with the giant format in a heats, won it Beatrice Mazzoleni (Prato Nevoso) with 69 cents on Amelia Grace Curto (Melezet) and 76 cents on Veronica Stefani (Pinzolo). The corresponding male competition was won by Sebastiano Cirrincione (Ovindoli 2000) with 22 cents on Mattia Valente (Lagorai Tesino) and 34 on the duo formed by Simone Migliorati (Scuola Sci Presolana) and Giovanni Scalisi (3 Nevi Ovindoli), third aequo.
Moving on to Cuccioli 2, the men's race went to Edoardo Simonelli (Bardonecchia) with 16 cents on Mattia Faure (Sauze d'ould Pro) and 37 on Jonas Feichter (Skischule Taisten-Gug). The corresponding female race if she is awarded Angelica Bettoni (Fodestal Brizia) with 41 cents on the superfine Lara Colturi (Monti della Luna), the daughter of Daniela Ceccarelli, thus taking the revenge of the second place at Pinocchio on Skis last Monday and denying them the fourth consecutive triumph in the event. Third at 1 "42 was placed Cecilia Zuccarini (Evolution 3 Lands Tarvisio).
