The three days of National Finals in Sestola-Monte Cimone of the 42nd edition of the Giovanissimi Grand Prix, sponsored as usual by the Association of Italian Ski Instructors, ended today.

All the races consisted of a giant race, the basic specialty of alpine skiing. Let's start with the little ones, Baby 1 (Under 9), of the 2010 class: among the girls Ludovica Vottero (Sansicario Action) wins with 12 cents on Chérie Delfi Maquignaz (Cervino) and 85 on Benedetta Ranieri (Limone Piemonte). Among the boys, Niccolò Castri (Beaulard) prevails with 52 cents on Simon Kaser (Schlern 3000) and 57 on Giovanni Ceccarelli (Monti della Luna).
In the category Baby 2 female (Under 10) reserved for girls of 2009 the first place was won by Giada D'Antonio (Camigliatello Silano) with 2 "11 on Mimosa Garrino (North West Ski Academy) and 2" 79 on Lavinia Sambuco (Campo Catino). Alessandro Valt (School Equipe) wins among male Baby 2 with 8 cents on Leonardo D’incà (Selva-Valfio) and 45 on Michele Vivalda (Equipe Limone).
Moving on to the 2008 class, Puppies 1 (Under 11), Amelia Grace Curto (Beaulard) wins the women's field with 87 cents on Marta Mattio (Entracque) and 94 on Martina Mis (Sauze Projet). In the male field, Thomas Carozza (Cervino) with 1 "35 on Simone Migliorati (Presolana Ski School) and 1" 95 on Sebastiano Cirrincione (Sci 2000 Ovindoli) imposes.
Finally, among the Cubs 2 (Under 12) for participants of the 2007 class, among the successful ladies of Anais Lustrissy (Mont Blanc) with 25 cents on Semire Dauti (Camigliatello Silano) and 97 on Sofia Fumagalli (Breuil). Among the little men there are first Lorenzo Cuzzupé (Nazionale Pragelato) with 71 cents on David Castlunger (Dolomites Alta Badia) and 96 on Andrea Passino (Valcava).
