The female Italalcurling salutes the Swedish European with another great satisfaction, having already achieved the goal of returning to the top flight, winning the semi-final of group B with Hungary.
Stefania Constantini and her companions also beat Turkey, with a score of 5-2, in the Helsingborg final and on a final day that marked the double triumph of the national teams.
Sweden, in fact, triumphed with the girls, taking the continental title at the end of a very tough match against Scotland, folded for 5-4, and the 12th seal at male level. Without history, the final against Switzerland (which eliminated the Azzurri, beating them in the last and decisive round robin match), beaten by Niklas Edin and its partners, 9-3, with the formidable yellow-skip skip who took the seventh title continental of a legendary career. For Sweden, among other things, the satisfaction of closing the home tournament from unbeaten, with 11 successes in as many matches.
