The 33 year-old Calgary & egrave; rebuilt the damaged meniscus at that & rsquo; landing. The decision of & rsquo; & egrave operation; was taken because & eacute; the very nice Jan could not heal. Therefore Jan, who had started the & rsquo; winter with a ninth place in the super-G in Lake Louise last November 30, salter & agrave; the World Championships in Vail / Beaver Creek and presumably will return & agrave; to compete in the next season.
